All products go through a production process, which results in a processing time before dispatch.
Shipping cost: We offer free shipping within the UK.
We make every effort to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated time from the date of purchase. If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately and do everything we can to minimise it.
Shipping Method
We primarily use DPD to ship your orders. Your order will be processed at our facilities before being fully handed over to the carrier.
Tracking
We offer tracking so you can follow your order's journey all the way to delivery.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the parcel.
